Unlike traditional methods, our machine features a full intelligent processing flow: Shelling Machine → Breaking Machine → Vibrating Screen/Air Separator → Color Sorter. It runs automatically from raw material to finished product, requiring little manual work—even beginners can operate it. It ensures complete shelling, precise shell-kernel separation, and impurity-free kernels.

Powered by core technology, our machine has a built-in intelligent detection system that automatically identifies walnut size and adjusts extrusion stroke in real time. It ensures shell broken but kernel intact, with a much higher intact kernel rate than manual work, balancing efficiency and quality.

We offer two single-machine models to fit different needs—perfect for small factories, cooperatives or family workshops:
