Addressing common industry challenges in macadamia processing including nut darkening, poor appearance and insufficient cleaning, the macadamia washing machine acts as a key pre-cleaning unit for primary processing lines. It is custom-built for deep cleaning of smooth-shell macadamia nuts and suitable for continuous large-scale processing of all nut sizes.
Different from inefficient traditional soaking methods, this machine adopts full-coverage high-pressure spraying combined with gentle tumbling washing technology. For the seamless and smooth nut surface, it thoroughly washes away stubborn green husk sap, soil and dust residues. It restores the natural color of nuts and fundamentally prevents darkening, discoloration and mottled surfaces after drying.
Equipped with a circulating filtration water system, it separates dirt from wastewater in real time to avoid cross-contamination between batches, ensuring consistent bright and clean color for every batch of macadamia nuts.
The machine supports fully automatic continuous operation with seamless feeding, washing and discharging. It cuts labor costs significantly and reduces secondary contamination caused by manual handling. Constructed with food-grade wear-resistant materials, the unit is waterproof, easy to clean and runs steadily.
